You need a coach for such a conversation with yourself.

The coach helps the client to resolve the dilemmas by asking questions and delving deeper and deeper into the problem and possible solutions. The coach, however, cannot prompt or even give advice to the client. This is because the client loses the opportunity for development and satisfaction with an independently solved problem, and the coach is usually not an expert in the client's field.

Sometimes, however, the client does not find a solution in difficult aspects of management, or simply needs a mentor for his own development, or the development of the organization. Then I take off the coach's hat and put on a mentor, advising on specific solutions.

THE COURSE OF THE SESSION

  • We conduct sessions in accordance with the recommendations of the International Coach Federation and published on the Polish website ICFPolska.org,

  • During the session, the coach asks the client questions and tasks that are to open the client to the multitude of possible solutions and help choose the best action plan.

  • I give my clients full commitment and confidence in their journey through their problems to better solutions.

  • We conduct coaching in the form of 60-minute sessions, which constitute a coaching process lasting from several to several sessions. The length of the process may change depending on the needs, as decided by one of the parties.

  • The coaching process and each session have a strictly defined goal to which they are supposed to lead. The goals of the process and the session can be changed in the course of the client's request.

  • Our goal is that each session brings the client a new opportunity and action plan in which he believes
