WHAT IS THIS:

CSD is a method of creative and systemic design of solutions designed for our clients, to be used in every field of business and non-business activity to design products, services and solutions.

The methods of stimulating creativity used before had very limited effects and were based on serious drawbacks:

Brainstorming - was a self-limiting stream of ideas that participants adjusted to a possible solution based on their own limitations

The real creativity of the participants could not show up in the conditions of free generation of ideas, because the brain is not creative in such conditions.

WHAT IS FORCED CREATIVITY?

Human thinking, like the actions of animals, is oriented towards survival and always chooses known, safe paths, leading to the recreation of known = "rational" solutions.

The first step we take to induce creative thinking is to get rid of the automatic, often wrongful assumptions in the description of situations that in turn determine automatic actions.

Then, the team of the project group that is to generate new solutions are faced with new external conditions, not directly related to the subject of the solution, in the form of barriers, requirements, limitations that must be taken into account. The various solutions obtained in this way are subject to mutual interaction in order to select a smaller number of variants for further work

Another way is to use inspiration in the form of known examples deviating from the subject of the problem, but setting a new, but known, safe path of action.

CSD is based on Design thinking (DT), currently called Human Centric Design by the creators of this method, which is already a well-proven solution. Thanks to DT, the most breakthrough products and business models in the last 15 years have been created.

CSD was developed to ensure the highest efficiency of solution design and creativity in the environment of traditional businesses, mass production, while most of the creative methods are aimed at modern forms of activity in the global network.
