I have 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, teacher, manager and consultant. For 25 years I have worked for the largest brands such as Pepsi Cola and NIVEA, starting from the role of the production line leader to the position of the President of the Management Board. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the Poznań University of Technology and postgraduate MBA studies at Viadrina in Frankfurt. The key competences and experience gained in practical management are building and implementing company strategies (Balanced Scorecard), building continuous improvement systems, Lean Management, building an effective organizational culture, committed and effective teams - autonomous teams, process management.

INNOVATOR

In my work, I intuitively used many innovative tools to introduce changes and create organizational culture such as charity, sports, theater, music and others. By investing time and money in these "non-business" activities, we achieved business results significantly better than in companies focused strictly on a financial goal. It happened because our organization surpassed others in terms of commitment and creativity, which are stimulated by activities aimed at comprehensive human development, and not financial goals. I found confirmation for my activities in Design Thinking, a revolutionary, as we can judge today, a human-centered method of designing products, services and creative solutions. Other concepts and management tools such as Agile, SCRUM, Design Sprint, System Thinking are derived from it, i.e. all those concepts that enable development in the economy of constant changes and uncertainty. I graduated from the Design Thinking-Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management program as well as a Design Sprint practitioner and trainer (AJ & Smart). For many years I have been a coach of personal development through the development of the strengths of "Clifton Strengths Finder" - certified by the Gallup Institute in London, a graduate of Professional Coaching Studies - the Institute of Communication and Development of Ewa Mukoid

I have gained experience managing one company for almost two decades, facing the opportunities, limitations and consequences of my own decisions. I have been successful in creating efficient and committed teams. I was responsible for all stages of the organization's development, from the creation of a local company, its dynamic, global development to taking over the production of other companies and their closure.
