We use creativity as a method of work, because thanks to it you can achieve above-average results and effectively respond to changes. Creativity in our approach, however, is not an elusive state of mind, but a method of operation and the effect of a process of disciplined team thinking. We start our cooperation with implementing the skills of creative thinking and designing solutions. The combination of this method with the knowledge and experience of workshop participants makes it possible to find perfect solutions despite limitations, or rather thanks to them. This allows finding solutions that satisfy all involved and supports the design of the most optimal processes and tools needed by the organization.

ASSUMPTIONS

  • You cannot be better at doing what others are doing, perfecting your imitation comes at a high cost or has little effect

  • Creativity is not a gift, it is the result of the effective operation of the method

  • To be creative, you just need to question your assumptions (prejudices) and think logically. Both are easy to learn.

  • The simplicity of the solution is an art, the simplicity of finding a solution is a loss to the solution and its users

  • Obstacles and limitations encountered in the process of CREATIVE SOLUTION DESIGN (NRP ) always increase the quality of the solution .

  • The CREATIVE process excludes the simplified perception of the task and its solution as a " zero sum game" and protects against its result in the form of a sum of unnecessary and often unfair compromises of values ​​for those involved.

  • Such compromise solutions are common and therefore embedding them in their organizational culture prevents the company from gaining a lasting advantage

  • Creativity helps to eliminate conflicts of interest between those involved in the company, which are caused by too short-term thinking, lack of knowledge, bad will or mismanagement.

  • AS A WORKING METHOD-   DESIGNING SOLUTIONS - We start our cooperation with teaching creative thinking and designing solutions. It is a basic tool that is used to solve important problems as well as to design new tools and improve processes.

  • SYNERGY INSTEAD OF CONFLICTS -Thanks to the use of creative methods of problem solving and Design Thinking, I propose changes that create synergy and the fullest possible implementation of the expectations of all participants in the business process: the client, owners, clients, employees and the local community. Such a plan will receive support from all participants, which will make it easier to implement and be sustainable.

  1. Creativity is human-centered thinking, therefore it strengthens the integrity of the organization by removing conflicts of interest.

  2. Creativity increases autonomy because it gives employees, regardless of their place in the organization and their knowledge, the possibility of real impact on changes within the organization and increases the integrity of the organization by participating in creative workshops

  3. Creativity helps to support the systematic nature of solutions by avoiding simple optimizations or negative effects
