Implementation projects
Below we present the goals and scope of activities for implementation projects. Their activities will result in defined processes, required competences, solutions and methods, as well as planning of resources necessary for their implementation.
Depending on the specificity of the company, the scope of implementation of individual elements it's sequence is selected. We try to limit the use of solutions to the simplest, which are good enough . This means that for the implementation of specific organizational changes, we will select only some of the simplest ones that fulfill their role in creating a coherent system. Their further improvement will take place thanks to the autonomous development of the organization.
In each case, however, we will adjust these solutions to implement the VISION of the GOAL in the form of a strategy, UNDERSTANDING of the processes taking place, CLARITY of the actions taken and AGILITY / FLEXIBILITY, using the attributes of the VUCA READY organization, Creativity-Integrity-System- Autonomy.
